Oracle Clinical User Group (OCUG) 2009 conference
The Oracle Applications User Experience team will be offering a presentation on “End User Satisfaction and Delight: The Primary Objective of the User Experience Team” at the Oracle Clinical User Group (OCUG) 2009 conference, Oct. 4-7, in New Orleans, La. The Oracle Clinical User Group (OCUG) is an international group of users of Oracle Clinical and related applications. OCUG facilitates the exchange of information and experiences between users of the system, and also provides a platform for end users to share valuable insights and feedback with Oracle’s Health Sciences Global Business Unit (HSGBU) for further product development. End User Satisfaction and Delight – The Primary Objective of the User Experience Team Presenters: Kailash Dattkaya, Oracle; and Diya Sur, Oracle Oracle’s successful user-centered design methodology and the benefits of employing it very early during product development will be the focus of this presentation. We will share case studies to demonstrate the results of our user experience research, and talk about what goes into engineering the user-centered design process in a product development cycle.
