How Customer Collaboration Improves the User Experience

Members of the Oracle Usability Advisory Board offer their perspectives on the work that the Oracle Applications User Experience group conducts with customers. The group has conducted thousands of hours of joint activities with customers to improve product usability, drawing from a database of more than 5,000 users and including working with more than 1,000 customers for usability testing; ethnographic research with more than 60 customers in eight countries; customer feedback sessions with 250 users per year; and an active, engaged customer advisory board with more than 40 members who are dedicated to taking enterprise software usability to the next level.
